Fátima Benavides specializes in labor law. 

She counsels local and foreign companies on individual and collective labor matters, including employment hiring, outsourcing and labor intermediation structures, compliance with labor obligations, internal investigations, disciplinary proceedings, termination mechanisms, implementation of workplace policies, compensation planning, labor audits, and labor contingency management. 

Fátima is a teaching assistant for the Special Labor Law course at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Themis Civil Association in 2014.
