Fiorella Bustamante specializes in insurance and reinsurance and maritime law.
She provides comprehensive advice on matters related to claims handling, interpretation and analysis of insurance contracts, incorporation of foreign brokers and reinsurers, regulatory consulting, recovery actions and resolution of disputes arising from insurance contracts.
In the area of maritime law, Fiorella has significant experience in regulatory matters of the sector and vessel collisions, as well as in claims arising from damage and loss of cargo. She also advises clients in administrative proceedings before the Peruvian Port Authorities and the General Directorate of Port Authorities and Coast Guard (DICAPI).
