Greta Monge specializes in labor law with emphasis on consulting, administrative procedures, judicial processes, and occupational health and safety.
She advises on termination of employment and compliance procedures, as well as on administrative proceedings before the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection (SUNAFIL), the Social Health Insurance Agency (ESSALUD), and the National Health Superintendency (SUSALUD), among others.
Greta provides specialized consulting services on occupational health and safety, including the evaluation and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS). She has extensive knowledge of the legal basis for the occupational health and safety standards required for each sector, as well as the relevant administrative violations.
She has been a professor and speaker in several specialization courses on labor and workplace health and safety at ESAN and other institutions.
