She advises on the hiring of national and foreign personnel and on obtaining residency for foreign citizens.
Helen participates in compliance with labor and immigration regulations. She also has extensive experience in immigration audits and inspections before the National Superintendence of Migration and the Immigration Police.
In corporate immigration matters, she advises on obtaining immigration status, work, training, family and investment visas, residency extension procedures, cancellation of residency and transfer of pension funds abroad, as well as on the regularization of the immigration status of foreigners in the country.
Helen advises national and foreign companies in procedures before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Peruvian Consulates abroad.
