Jimena Ayala specializes in labor law.
Her professional practice focuses on labor law consulting for national and foreign companies.
Jimena advises on personnel hiring, compliance with labor obligations and termination mechanisms, as well as on the design of internal labor policies, labor audits, social security matters and outsourcing processes (outsourcing and intermediation).
In addition, she provides advice on data protection, with emphasis on its implication in the employment relationship. She has been certified as a Data Protection Expert by the Institute of Audit & IT-Governance.
Jimena has participated in national and international argumentation competitions and was winner of the Honorable Mention award at Harvard National Model United Nations in Boston, USA (2018).
