Luis Alberto Chang specializes in labor and social security consulting.
He advises companies on the hiring, administration and termination of personnel, as well as on collective negotiations, administrative and judicial processes, development of compensation plans, and the hiring of foreign personnel, including immigration matters. He provides advice on individual and collective labor law, labor court proceedings, and administrative procedures before the Ministry of Labor.
