Mariana González-Prada specializes in labor, immigration and social security matters.
She counsels on national and foreign personnel hiring, termination mechanisms, social security, labor costs reduction, collective issues, compensations planning, outsourcing and labor intermediation, audits on labor or labor-tax matters, etc.
Mariana is registered as an arbitrator in collective bargaining and has represented the employer sector on the Youth Social Dialogue Roundtable of the National Labor Council.
She is currently a full professor of the Labor Law II course at the Universidad del Pacífico (UP).
