Perla has extensive experience in the design and execution of strategies to secure access to land required for energy, mining and agricultural projects, among others. Her practice includes the property assessments, the development of strategies for the acquisition of rights by private individuals, rural communities and state entities, land titling, and the negotiation and drafting of related contracts.
