She provides comprehensive legal advice on the development of activities related to the exploitation of natural resources, with an emphasis on mining regulation. Her experience includes regulatory compliance, audits, mining property management, and administrative sanctioning procedures.
Renata has participated in obtaining licenses, permits, and authorizations, as well as in the approval of environmental management instruments. She also designs and articulates legal strategies that integrate social, environmental, and corporate aspects for the sustainable development of mining projects.
