Richard Inurritegui specializes in fisheries and administrative law.
He counsels fishery and natural resources companies on their extractive and productive activities, licenses, permits, concessions, corporate matters and institutional relations; as well as foreign companies in designing strategies for investment, acquisition and/or merger with companies in the fishery sector.
Richard is president of the Fisheries Committee of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL). He has been general manager of the National Fisheries Society (SNP) for ten years, and chairman of its board of Directors until 2013. He has also been chief of staff of the Minister of Fisheries, general secretary of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and director of the National Confederation of Private Entrepreneurial Institutions (CONFIEP).
He is a professor of Industrial Fishing Law at the Universidad Científica del Sur (UCS).
