Rómulo Muñoz specializes in public law and real estate.
He advises on real estate investment projects in the urban and rural areas. He also advises on acquisition and transfer of property interests whether before public and private entities. Likewise, he also advises on civil, registration, and administrative law matters in general, as well as on due diligence legal audit processes.
Rómulo is the founder and General Director of the APTA Peru association. He is the coach of the arbitration teams of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). Organizer of different Law competitions.
He has been an assistant professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), Universidad del Pacífico (UP) and Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). He authored several legal articles and collective works. Lecturer of various academic events.
