Tomás Denegri specializes in mining law, mining projects finance and merger and acquisitions.
He advises companies in the mining sector on their domestic and foreign investments, as well as on project management, particularly on transactional and regulatory aspects.
Tomás has experience advising clients in project financing, mergers and acquisitions, and privatization processes, as well as in the structuring, negotiation and execution of exploration contracts, joint ventures and investment in mining projects. He also actively participates in the analysis and structuring of transactions related to mining concessions, including transfer, assignment, option and joint venture agreements.
In addition, he specializes in environmental sustainability issues, such as those related to circular economy, climate change and the integration of environmental, social and governance criteria (ESG) in business activities, among others.
