Valeria Umeres specializes in real estate and registry law.
She advises domestic and foreign companies on the design and implementation of legal strategies for accessing land for mining and electricity projects. She also provides advice on registration and civil matters related to property law.
Valeria has experience in the legal and physical regularization of properties, obtaining municipal licenses and authorizations for various types of commercial establishments, as well as in expropriation proceedings for the execution of infrastructure projects.
