Estudio Rodrigo announces the appointment of five new partners, including the firm’s first female partner in the Litigation practice, reflecting growing client demand.
LIMA, PERU – June 23, 2026 – Estudio Rodrigo, recognized for the third time in early 2026 as “Latin America Law Firm of the Year” by Chambers and Partners, is pleased to announce the promotion of five attorneys to partner, effective July 1, 2026.
This strategic round of promotions reflects the firm’s sustained organic growth and directly responds to the significant increase in client demand, particularly across its Litigation, Arbitration, Tax, and Data Protection practices.
Notably, this appointment cycle marks a historic milestone in the firm’s diversity and inclusion journey, with the promotion of Mayra Jiménez as the first female partner in Estudio Rodrigo’s Litigation practice.

The newly appointed partners and their principal credentials are as follows:
- Mayra Jiménez (Civil Litigation): Specializes in judicial dispute resolution, with a particular focus on administrative and constitutional proceedings involving tax and customs matters. She advises on strategic disputes between private entities and the Peruvian State, particularly in matters involving the Tax Administration. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University (2018) and earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2012).
- Gonzalo Chirinos (Arbitration and Civil Litigation): Focuses on arbitration and the resolution of complex civil, commercial, and constitutional disputes at both domestic and international levels. In 2020, he was a member of the international arbitration team at Mayer Brown’s Paris office. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Sciences Po, Paris (2019), and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Lima (2013).
- Francisco Baldeón (Corporate Law and Data Protection): Specializes in corporate law and data protection, advising domestic and international investors on complex corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters. He notably participated in the working groups led by the Ministry of Justice for the reform of Peru’s General Corporations Law. He holds a Master of Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge (2017) and earned his law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2013).
- Eulogio Peña (Labor and Employment): Focuses on labor dispute resolution and the strategic design of corporate labor processes, constitutional proceedings, and administrative procedures before labor authorities. He advises local and international companies on compensation structures, hiring, terminations, and compliance audits. He obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Melbourne (2018) and earned his law degree from the University of Lima (2012).
- Joan Tello (Tax, International Trade and Customs): Specializes in tax law, with a focus on high-complexity tax advisory and tax litigation matters. He advises clients in tax audits and administrative litigation proceedings before the Tax Administration and the Tax Court, as well as constitutional tax matters. He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation and Fiscal Policy from the University of Lima (2021) and graduated with honors in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2011).
