Andrea Morelli specializes in the regulation of public services, infrastructure and antitrust with an emphasis on the telecommunications and technology sector.
She provides advice on regulatory matters to energy, telecommunications and public transport infrastructure companies as well as companies that develop technological services and content provision.
Andrea also advises companies on public bids and tenders for the granting of infrastructure concessions, and on the preparation of private initiatives, negotiation and execution of public-private partnership contracts.
Furthermore, she advises companies in regulated sectors on administrative sanctioning and trilateral procedures.
Andrea is a member of the steering committee of Women in the Profession (WIP Peru).
