Francisco José Floríndez specializes in antitrust, merger control, energy, infrastructure, and public services regulation. 

He counsels companies on legal and regulatory compliance in antitrust, merger control, energy, among others.  

Francisco also represents various clients in sanctioning proceedings initiated by the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) and the Supervisory Agency for Private Investment in Telecommunications (OSIPTEL) for anti-competitive practices, as well as in merger control and private investment procedures in services and infrastructure for public use. 

He was a member of the board of directors of the Themis Civil Association (2014) and teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
