Francisco José Floríndez
Francisco José Floríndez specializes in antitrust, merger control, energy, infrastructure, and public services regulation.
He advises companies on compliance with competition law, merger control regulations, and regulatory matters in the energy sector, among others.
He has experience representing clients in administrative sanctioning proceedings initiated by the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) and the Supervisory Agency for Private Investment in Telecommunications (OSIPTEL), particularly in investigations involving anti-competitive practices. He also participates in merger control proceedings and in private investment projects related to public services and public-use infrastructure
He was a member of the board of directors of the Themis Civil Association (2014) and teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
