Milene Jayme specializes in energy, public services regulation, infrastructure and concessions and telecommunications.
She counsels on compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual provisions in the areas of energy, transportation, telecommunications, among others. She also counsels on administrative sanctioning procedures and private investment processes in public services regulation and infrastructure for public use.
Milene has been a teaching assistant for the Administrative Law I course at Universidad del Pacífico and was a member of the board of directors of the DERUP Editors Association – FORSETI Law Magazine (2021), a journal of said university.
