Ursula Luna specializes in real estate and registration law.
She advises national and international investors on designing strategies for accessing land for real estate and industrial projects in urban areas, as well as energy, mining and agricultural projects in rural areas of the country.
Ursula provides diagnostic services on ownership, acquisition, sale and impairment of property, sanitation, building, registration procedures, and negotiating and drafting contracts. She also advises on the negotiation and regularization of mandates for rural community boards, as well as on the drafting of contracts.
Likewise, Ursula has extensive experience in the real estate sector, both in the private and public sectors.
She has been general manager of properties and concessions in Minera Chinalco Perú S.A., and Anglo American Perú S.A., and also served in the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima and in COFOPRI.
